Introduction to Mosaics

COMPLETE A PROJECT IN 2 SESSIONS !

  • Complete a small project to take home, such as creative coasters, decorative mirror/photo frames
  • Learn basic mosaic laying, cutting and grouting techniques.
  • Lessons are in English with patient teacher and experienced mosaic artist.
  • All materials and mosaic boards provided at the class. With books, resources, tools,& handouts
  • Creche facilities available on Wednesdays

£ 50 (2 sessions, includes all materials)

Mosaic Workshop for All

Clear out some crockery! Have a creative project in mind?

  • Join a friendly local group where you can develop your mosaic skills
  • Have fun with innovative and traditional techniques using the direct method and indirect method for table tops etc.
  • Explore the expressive possibilities of mosaic medium using a wide variety of materials (including vitreous glass, ceramic tiles,selection of smalti).
  • Individual tuition and support is on hand by experienced tutor and artist

£ 120 + £ 10 materials (Term of 6 sessions)
£ 30 (Drop-in/taster class)
Prices are pro-rata if you join during the course

*Practice your English whilst making mosaic

Classes are suitable for students whose first language is not English (learn with patient TEFL qualified teacher)

*Creche facilities available on Wednesdays

Creche-workers on site for mothers who would like to join the classes - price depends on number of children. Please book with Debra beforehand
