These workshops offer Introduction to Mosaic, Roman style, Direct Method, Indirect Method, Portraiture, Use of Hammer & Hardie with marble and smalti, Themed (Abstract, Animals, Picasiette) - you can choose what you would like to focus on.

Small class size in well ventilated studio.

​Workshop includes

• full mosaic process from design stage, choosing laying styles, cutting & grouting

• historical background of mosaic

• materials including ceramic glazed and unglazed, vitreous glass tiles.

• tools available include nippers, grouting tools, tweezers, useful stuff, grout and substrates

• visual resources & useful books, process handouts.

• expert tuition and top tips with experienced tutor & artist Debra (Diploma Mosaic Studies 2019)

* Class cost includes all tools, vit glass & ceramic tiles for work size max 30x30cm, substrates and grout. Extra cost for other materials.
